Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the Indian Dental Technician Association (IDTA). We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you wish to cancel your membership or request a refund, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

Membership Cancellation:

  • Membership cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to infoidtapvt@gmail.com.
  • Requests for membership cancellation will be processed within 9779367672 business days.
  • Once your membership is canceled, you will no longer have access to member benefits and services.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to infoidtapvt@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
    • Full refund: If a refund request is submitted within 7 days of membership purchase.
    • Partial refund: If a refund request is submitted after [insert number] days of membership purchase, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining unused portion of the membership term.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
